Tai Chi w/ Jack - Thursdays 1-1:45pm

Tai chi is an effective low-impact workout that can improve balance, ease arthritis, and stimulate the immune system.  Jack Poupard will teach the Yang form of tai chi, which encourages soft, graceful movements that are reminiscent of dancing with an old friend.  It just makes you feel good.  Jack has been a martial arts instructor for over 50 years and has been a student of tai chi since 1980.  Classes are $1 for Haddonfield residents and $2 for non-residents.
