Fitness with Emelia - Wednesday 10-10:45am

Class is 45 minutes. All fitness levels.

We will warm up with movement and breathing exercises.

It is a full body workout with lots of option and levels of intensity and variations so all participants feel comfortable with the option they choose. There will be timed intervals designed to increase stamina, endurance, flexibility and strength.

There will be an option to stand while exercising or to use a chair if need be.

Everything can be accomplished with bodyweight alone or participants can bring light hand weights or water bottles.

Classes are $1 for Haddonfield residents and $2 for non-residents
