Meditation and Mindfulness - Thursdays in May 11:15a-12:15p

May is Mental Health Month:

We are happy to bring you four Mindfulness and Meditation classes


Thursdays at 11:15 am 
Dates: May 4, 11, 18 & 25
The timing is designed to catch some folks who are leaving the 10:15-11am exercise class or the 9-11am Beginner’s Art Class.

Description: Mindfulness and meditation to regulate your nervous system, help you to relax, heal your body, boost your well-being, breathe more deeply, and help you be more present and get better sleep.

You do not need to sign up in advance, you can just come when you can


Class will be donation based, with all donations being given to our instructor who is not taking a salary
