Martin Luther King day – Jan. 16 - Normal trash pickup on Jan. 16; recycle postponed to Jan. 17 (Mon. & Tues. routes)
Presidents Day - Feb. 20 - Normal trash pickup on Feb. 20; recycling postponed to Feb. 21 (Mon. & Tues. routes)
Good Friday – April 7 - normal trash and recycling pickup
Memorial Day - May 29 - double trash and recycling on May 30 (Mon. & Tues. routes)
4th of July – double trash and recycling on July 5 (Wed. & Thur. routes)
Labor Day - Sept. 4 - double trash and recycling on Sept. 5 (Mon. & Tues. routes)
Columbus Day - Oct. 9 - Normal trash pickup on Oct. 9; recycling postponed to Oct. 10 (Mon. & Tues. routes)
Veterans Day - Nov. 11 - Borough offices closed Nov. 10; normal trash and recycle pickup. 
Thanksgiving - Nov. 23 - double trash Nov 24; recycling pickup on 11/24 for Thursday route and 11/25 for Friday route
Christmas - Dec. 25  - double trash and recycling on Dec. 26 (Mon. and Tues. routes)
New Years Day 2024 - Jan. 1 - double trash and recycling on Jan. 2, 2024 (Mond . & Tues. routes)
