The Departments that fall under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Public Works are as follows:

• Public Works Department and employees therein, including:
• Trash and Recycling operations
• Streets and Roads maintenance and operations
• Shade Trees planting and maintenance
• Repair and upkeep of all Borough owned or leased buildings and property, except as they may be otherwise designated    
• Municipal Hall at 242 Kings Highway East, use, management, supervision and maintenance of all buildings on grounds thereof
• Public Library Building and Grounds,
