10:15-11am w Jackie Walthers
Jackie lives in Audubon and works as a real estate agent with her husband. She is a former small business owner (Square Meal Oaklyn) and former Special Education teacher (13 years (Pennsauken BOE and Bancroft)). She teaches traditional Ashtanga Yoga, and has been certified as a yoga instructor since 2012. She’s completed over 500 hours in yoga training and therapeutic yoga, and continues to develop her practice and teach at various studios (Ohmgrown in Collingswood, Yoga Rebellion Collingswood, Laughing Buddha West Deptford, Lavendar Koi Berlin). Jackie finds enjoyment in adapting the therapeutic postures to accommodate individuals seated in chairs and with limited mobility. $1 for Haddonfield residents, $2 for non-residents.

Lee Ann's introduction to yoga was spurred by a life-altering near-death encounter in 2013, igniting a profound journey toward inner peace. After a year of solitary practice, she embarked on a transformative path in 2015, immersing herself in a rigorous 200-hour yoga teacher training. By 2016, Lee Ann a Reiki Master teacher, developed her copyrighted yoga program, AffrimYoga, and launched her line of natural products. Continuing her pursuit of holistic wellness, Lee Ann expanded her expertise in 2017, becoming certified as a Happiness Life Coach and Sound Healer. She seamlessly integrated guided meditations into her healing practice, enriching her offerings to foster holistic well-being.  Throughout her journey, Lee Ann has dedicated herself to sharing her accumulated wisdom, accumulating over 9000 hours of teaching experience through yoga classes and wellness workshops. Her story is a testament to the transformative potential of resilience and self-discovery, inspiring others to embrace their paths toward healing and fulfillment.
