Fitness and Rhythm - Tuesdays 10:15am-11:00am
2nd floor, accessible by both stairs and elevator
$1 for Haddonfield residents/$2 non-residents
This is a Silver Sneakers type class using light weights, a small ball and chair. Rhythms may be incorporated using hands, feet and/or drum sticks. This class will address toning, easy cardio, balance, and stretching.
Rhythms are used as brain games to help stimulate cognitive growth. Emphasis is on fun. This class is appropriate for most active agers since exercises may be done seated or standing. No experience is necessary.
