The Department of Finance directs and oversees all of the Borough of Haddonfield's financial activity, including financial planning, revenue collection, and the investment or transfer of funds and securities. The Department of Finance will either invest or disburse, in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the annual budget, any moneys received. The Treasurer is responsible for the receipt and collection of all monies raised by taxation.
