BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES

In 2004 the Borough codified all their ordinances into one book, which is available on-line at General Code’s web site www.e-codes.generalcode.com/. The Code Book is updated at the end of every year to include that year’s newly adopted ordinances. To view the ordinances that have not yet been included, please refer to the list below.

For all Vehicles & Traffic ordinances please note that the Borough must receive approval from the Department of Transportation before the codified Chapter may be included in the book. Therefore, Ordinance No. 1720 is still in effect and is available for review below. Please note that there are various amendments to this ordinance that have been adopted, which are also available below.
